Change App Name and Logo Windows Phone 8

if anybody required to change the APP NAME and Logo which is display in Windows Phone 8.
Steps are
1- Double Click WMAppMainfest.xml  in IMAGE 1
2-Another page will be open where you can Change App Name and App Logo in IMAGE 2
