Migrate Sharepoint 2010 to Sharepoint 2013

take backup of content Database and Service Database of SharePoint 2010 Server

Step 2
Install Fresh machine of SharePoint 2010

Step 3
Restore content Database and Service Database of SharePoint 2010 Server in SharePoint 2013 Server.
